Hale Media LLC ("we") collects the information you submit at enrollment (name, email, company, billing details processed by our payment provider) and standard usage analytics on this site.

What we use it for. Delivering the program, clinic scheduling, support, receipts and, if you opt in, the desk newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Payment data. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers. Invoiced enrollments are handled through our accounting provider.

Alumni results. Results and testimonials are published only with written permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing desk@marenhale.com.

Your rights. Email desk@marenhale.com to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within 14 days. Data is retained for the life of your program access plus the period required by tax law.

Cookies. This site uses only functional cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party ad pixels.
