Terms of Purchase

The purchase. SIGNAL is an eight-week cohort program delivered by Hale Media LLC, Austin, TX. Price: $1,997 in one payment or 3 monthly payments of $797. Payment-plan enrollments authorize the remaining charges on the same card monthly.

What you receive. The six modules and Send Fortnight, eight live clinics with lifetime access to recordings, the three enrollment bonuses, and twelve months of Green Room access. Seats are personal and non-transferable within a company without written consent (which we grant readily; just ask).

The Front-Page Guarantee. Complete weeks one and two (attend or watch both clinics, submit the Claim Piece draft and ten Narrative Bank cards) within 30 days of cohort start. If you then request a refund at refunds@marenhale.com with subject "Spike it", we refund 100% of what you have paid and you retain the Pitch Vault. Refunds outside these terms are at our discretion.

Conduct. Clinics run on candor and confidentiality: what members share stays in the room. We remove (with refund) anyone who makes the room unsafe or pitches other members unsolicited.

Intellectual property. Materials are licensed for your personal professional use, not for resale, teaching or AI-training ingestion.

Disputes. Texas law, Travis County venue, and a mutual agreement to try 30 days of good-faith resolution before anyone files anything.
