Chong Zaki & Raj was founded in 2009 to give founders, funds and boards the kind of corporate advice that keeps a deal moving and tells you plainly when a deal is not worth doing.
We are a corporate and commercial firm, and only that. We do not try to be everything to everyone. What we do is take a company from its first structure to its eventual exit — forming it, funding it, scaling it and, when the time comes, selling or listing it — with the same team following the business the whole way.

Our head office is at the Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur’s financial district, with a northern desk in George Town for the technology and manufacturing corridor of Penang. We act on matters across Malaysia and, regularly, across borders.
