Vermilion Properties began in 2008 with two desks in Ara Damansara and one idea: run a property agency the way a family would look after its own. Eighteen years on we are four branches from the Klang Valley to the South, a subsale, project, retail, industrial and MM2H group, and still the same family at heart.

The founders open a two-desk agency off Jalan PJU 1A, working the Damansara subsale market by name and by street.
A comparables-first pricing workbook becomes the house method. Every offer is anchored to real transactions, not asking prices.
The Subang USJ branch opens, followed by Seremban, taking the family model into landed townships beyond the city.
A Johor Bahru branch and a cross-border desk connect Iskandar buyers and sellers to the Klang Valley network.
The international and MM2H desk formalises, guiding foreign buyers from visa tier to qualifying home under the revised programme.

FAQ
Every Vermilion negotiator carries a REN tag issued through the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP / LPPEH), and the firm is a registered estate agency. Ask any negotiator for their tag number.
For subsale, the professional fee is set by the BOVAEP scale and is ordinarily paid by the seller. We tell you in writing who pays what before you commit to anything.
Yes, above each state’s foreign-purchase price floor, and MM2H participants have a defined route. Our MM2H desk handles the tier, the deposit and the qualifying purchase end to end.
