Malaysia My Second Home lets foreigners live in Malaysia on a renewable long-stay visa of up to twenty years. The revised programme pairs a fixed deposit with a minimum property purchase across three tiers, and our authorised MM2H desk maps you from tier to keys.

Minimum age 25. The 2024 reform removed the old monthly offshore-income and liquid-asset tests for these tiers.
Qualifying residential property must be bought and held for at least 10 years.
Part of the fixed deposit may later be withdrawn toward property, education or medical costs, keeping a minimum balance.
