Our leadership

Melvin founded Vermilion Properties in 2008 after a decade in civil engineering and project development. His conviction is that a property agency should be a platform that improves its people’s lives as much as its clients’ portfolios.

He set the house rule that still governs every deal: price to real transactions, disclose every fee, and never sell a client a home they will regret. Under his lead the firm grew from two desks to four branches and a national network of associates.

Anita leads international project marketing and the MM2H desk, guiding foreign buyers from visa tier to qualifying home. She has personally shepherded families from the UK, Australia, Korea, China and Singapore into Malaysian ownership.

She translates a shifting programme into a plain path: which deposit, which property band, which timeline, with nothing lost in the paperwork.
