Where we ship, how long it takes, and how returns and the Reset Loop work.

Delivery

Standard delivery within Malaysia is a flat RM8, free over RM350. Klang Valley usually arrives in one to two working days, the rest of Malaysia in two to four. Worldwide delivery is available at cost.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a refund. If you react to an opened product, contact us and we will make it right.

The Reset Loop

Return clean, empty Nova glass through the Reset Loop and we credit your next order, keeping bottles in use rather than in the bin.
