Yes. Every keepsake is 925 sterling silver, sealed in a small foil pouch so it never touches the fizzer, wax or soap. Designs vary and are chosen at random from our current keepsake range, so the stone and style are a surprise, but the ring size is the one you select.

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is a flat $9.95, and free on orders of $150 or more. We pack and dispatch from Kyneton within two business days via Australia Post. Orders of $75 or more also get a free mini gift in the box.

No. We make everything in our Kyneton studio and do not test on animals, and we do not buy ingredients that have been tested on animals for cosmetic purposes. Most of the range is vegan; our goat milk soaps, honey bar and beeswax candles are the exceptions and are labelled.

Each crystal listing gives the stone, size range and what it has traditionally been associated with in crystal practice. Those associations are tradition and folklore, not medical claims, so please see a health professional for any health concern.

Yes. The shop is at Shop 4, 61 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444, open Thursday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Monday to Wednesday are studio days, when we make and ship orders.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened skincare or used Moonkeep pieces for a change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Not yet. We ship within Australia only while we are a small team; New Zealand is next on the list.

Yes. Add your message in the order notes at checkout and we will handwrite it on a card, with no prices in the box.
