Shipping within Australia

We pack and dispatch from Kyneton within two business days, using Australia Post. Delivery times depend on where you are; Australia Post's delivery time calculator gives the current estimate for your postcode. Every order gets a tracking link by email.
Click and collect
Choose pickup at checkout and collect from the shop at Shop 4, 61 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444 during opening hours. We email when your order is ready.
Returns
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened skincare, bath products or used Moonkeep pieces. Unopened, unused items can be returned for a change of mind within 30 days; return postage is yours.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund or replacement for a major problem.
