The Class of 2025 graduated last November with 286 students, after sitting the Senior Middle UEC. By July 2026, 271 had confirmed a place in higher education.
The counselling unit tracks destinations each year so parents of younger students can see where Lian Hwa graduates go.
Where they are going
Most graduates are staying in Malaysia, at private universities and colleges. The next largest groups are heading to universities in Taiwan, China and Singapore, with a smaller group going to Australia.
Head of Counselling Ms Kavitha Nair said the counselling unit meets every Senior 2 family individually from January to plan applications.
