What we provide
The primary care services described on this site: unlimited office and video visits with your chosen clinician, same/next-day sick access, the members’ text line, included office procedures, care coordination, and access to at-cost labs and wholesale medications.
What you pay
Monthly membership by age ($39 / $79 / $109 / $129), capped at $299 per household, plus a one-time $99 enrollment fee. Lab and medication charges are approved by you before they happen.
What this is not
Not insurance and not a qualified health plan. Fernwell Health LLC is a retainer medical practice certified by the Oregon DCBS Division of Financial Regulation (Cert. RM-2019-0417) under ORS 735.500–735.552. Keep at least high-deductible or catastrophic coverage.
Medicare members
Our physicians have opted out of Medicare. Members 65+ sign a private contract confirming neither party bills Medicare for care here (42 U.S.C. §1395a(b)). Medicare continues to cover outside services normally.
Ending membership
Either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice; unused full months are refunded. Rejoining means the enrollment fee again and possibly a waitlist.
