Summary of our privacy practices
Fernwell Health LLC is a HIPAA covered entity. We use and disclose protected health information only for treatment, member billing and clinic operations, or as you direct or the law requires. Because we never bill insurance, your clinical information is never submitted to insurers for claims.
Your rights
You can request copies of your records (provided within 30 days, usually much faster), request corrections, request an accounting of disclosures, and choose how we contact you. The members’ text line runs on an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Forms submit only what you type, used solely to respond to you.
Complaints
Contact our privacy officer (Robin Delgado, hello@fernwellhealth.com) or the HHS Office for Civil Rights. We never retaliate for complaints.
