Start with a text
Fever at 6am, a photo of the rash, the cough that turned. Text the members’ line — median reply is 9 minutes during clinic hours. Many problems end right there with advice or a prescription; the rest get a same-day slot we hold open at both clinics every morning.
What we handle in-house
Strep, flu and COVID swabs; ear and sinus infections; UTIs; rashes and bites; sprains and simple fractures (with X-ray referral); stitches for cuts that need them; migraine rescue; asthma flares. In-house means no facility fee and no surprise bill afterward.
When it is beyond us
Chest pain, stroke signs, serious injury — that is 911 and the ER, full stop. We say this plainly because honest triage is part of good care, and we handle the follow-up after the hospital does its job.

The text line is monitored for urgent concerns 24/7. Saturday morning clinic runs at Richmond. True emergencies are always 911 — and we want you to use it.
Do you treat non-members for one-off visits?
No — the model only works because we care for a small, known panel. Enrollment takes about ten minutes if you need us this week.
