The calculators and planners
The Timeline Planner counts working days and excludes weekends but not gazetted public holidays, and the LAD Calculator performs arithmetic on the figures you provide. Both are planning aids only. They do not account for the particular terms of your contract, the facts of your matter, or the discretion a court, tribunal or adjudicator may exercise, and their outputs are estimates, not entitlements or guaranteed outcomes.
No solicitor–client relationship
Using this website, submitting an enquiry through it, or using its tools does not create a solicitor–client relationship between you and the firm. That relationship arises only when we confirm in writing that we are engaged, after a conflict check. Please do not send us confidential or privileged information until we have confirmed we can act.
