Where are Kadar formulations made?
In Malaysia, at a GMP-certified facility manufacturing to the ISO 22716 cosmetics standard. Every product is notified with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) before it is sold, as the law requires.
Why are your prices so much lower than other clinical brands?
Because you are paying for the active, not the marketing. We do not add fragrance, colour or a luxury story. We buy raw materials well, print the concentration on the front, and keep the margin honest.
Can I use more than one active at once?
Often, yes, but some actives should not share a routine. Use the Formulation Compatibility Tool on any product page, or let Build My Regimen assemble a safe morning and night routine for you.
I am pregnant. Which products are safe?
Avoid retinoids (Retinol, Granactive Retinoid) and high-strength salicylic acid during pregnancy. Azelaic acid, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and our barrier range are generally considered suitable. Build My Regimen will exclude unsafe actives if you tell it you are pregnant. Always confirm with your doctor.
Do you test on animals?
No. Kadar is cruelty-free. Individual formulas note whether they are vegan, as a few contain ingredients such as lanolin-free ceramides or beeswax alternatives.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a product irritated your skin, contact us and we will make it right regardless of how much is left.
How do I know which order to apply products in?
The rule of thumb is thinnest to thickest: cleanse, then water-based serums, then oils and creams, then SPF in the morning. Every product page lists its step, and your Regimen plan lays out the exact order.
