Inside the formula
Kadar's Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion is a emulsion built around Granactive Retinoid 2%. It is dosed to work, printed on the front, and made without added fragrance or filler. A next-generation retinoid that targets advanced signs of aging with less irritation than retinol.
Vitamin A derivatives, the most evidenced anti-aging actives available without prescription. Anyone targeting aging or texture, introduced slowly. Not for use in pregnancy.
Retinoids: Speed cell turnover to soften fine lines, refine texture and firm over time.
What’s in it, and why
How it works
Retinoids are vitamin A derivatives that speed how quickly skin renews itself and signal it to firm. Over weeks this softens fine lines, refines texture and evens tone. A cushioning base and a slow start keep irritation low.
- Step 1Apply at night
- Step 2Vitamin A speeds renewal and firms
- Step 3Softened lines, refined texture

What to expect
- Weeks 1–2Skin adjusts; a little dryness or flaking can be normal.
- Weeks 4–8Texture looks refined and skin feels smoother.
- Weeks 12+Fine lines look softened and tone more even.
A guide, not a guarantee. Consistency and daily SPF do most of the work.

Frequently asked
Why is my skin flaking?
Mild adjustment is normal early on. Reduce frequency, buffer with moisturiser and build up slowly.
Morning or night?
Night only. Retinoids break down in light and increase sun sensitivity.
Can I use it while pregnant?
No. Switch to azelaic acid, which is pregnancy-safe and still effective.
How long does one bottle last?
Used as directed, most serums last two to three months. Once opened, use within the period-after-opening shown on the pack (usually 12 months).
How is it shipped, and can I return it?
Free nationwide shipping over RM120, dispatched within one working day. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days; if something irritated your skin, contact us and we will make it right.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, especially with actives. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using on the face.
