Kadar's Vitamin C 15% + Ferulic is a serum: anhydrous built around L-Ascorbic Acid 15% + Ferulic. It is dosed to work, printed on the front, and made without added fragrance or filler. A high-strength morning antioxidant that brightens and defends against daytime stress.
