The Axis Method — 3D Smile Design
See your smile on screen before a single tooth is touched.
Most cosmetic dentistry asks you to trust a description. The Axis Method replaces the description with a plan you can actually see. On your first visit we capture your teeth, bite and face in 3D — an intra-oral scan, photographs and, where implants are involved, a low-dose CBCT — and build a digital model of your smile that we design against, together.
Nothing is irreversible at this stage. We mock up proportions, tooth shape, edge position and shade on the model, then convert the approved design into a wax-up and a trial smile you can try in your own mouth. Only once you have seen it and signed it off do we prepare a single tooth.

How it works
Your 3D smile design journey

Scan & capture
3D intra-oral scan, clinical photos and a bite record — about 30 minutes.

Design & preview
We design your smile on the digital model and show it to you on screen.

Trial & refine
A wax-up and wearable trial smile — we adjust until it is right, then deliver.

Who 3D smile design suits
Anyone considering veneers, a smile makeover, or combined treatment who wants certainty about the result before committing.
Unsure whether this is the best route for your smile? At a 3D Smile Design consult we assess your teeth, show you the options on screen, and give you an honest recommendation — even when that means a more conservative treatment than the one you came in for.
