Labs, at cost
We draw in-house and pass through our negotiated lab pricing with zero markup: a CBC is $3.55, an A1c $4.25, a lipid panel $3.90. A full annual panel typically lands under $25 — the same tests that generate $300+ in "diagnostic services" line items elsewhere. You approve the price before the draw, always.
Medications, at wholesale
Oregon permits physician dispensing, so we stock 120+ common generics and sell them at acquisition cost plus a small handling fee already included in the listed price: atorvastatin $2.40/month, sertraline $1.85/month. Controlled substances are never part of the program. For everything else, we route to whichever pharmacy is genuinely cheapest for you.
Procedures, in the room
Laceration repair, skin biopsies, mole and skin-tag removal, wart cryotherapy, joint and trigger-point injections, IUD removals, ear lavage, toenail procedures, EKGs, spirometry. Included with membership except itemized supply costs (shown before we start — a biopsy runs about $18 in lab pathology).

Why are your lab prices so low?
Because we buy lab work the way businesses buy anything — negotiated, in volume, cash upfront — and pass it through at cost. The 22x retail markup you see on hospital bills funds their billing departments; we do not have one.
Can I use my insurance at an outside lab instead?
Of course. Sometimes after a deductible is met that is the better path, and we will tell you when it is. The choice — with prices visible — is always yours.
