For lawyers who want to be on their feet early.
A small disputes firm is the fastest place to learn contentious work — there is nowhere to hide, and no shortage of responsibility. We take a few good people at a time and invest in them properly.

Real work, close supervision.
At a firm this size, a pupil drafts real cause papers and a junior associate is in court within months, not years — always with a partner reading the work and, at first, standing beside them. You will not spend two years in a document room. You will also not be thrown in unsupported: our partners supervise closely, because our name is on every submission that leaves the office.
We look for careful readers and clear writers who are genuinely interested in disputes — people who find the discrepancy in the documents, who enjoy the argument, and who would rather be right than merely combative.
What we offer
- Chambers pupillage with structured rotation across our practice areas
- Early advocacy and drafting responsibility under partner supervision
- Support for the Bar’s continuing professional development and for arbitration qualifications (CIArb)
- A collegiate single-office culture — one team, one floor
