Fees
Flat fees, written down, before you commit.
Two amounts fund an immigration file: our legal fee and the government’s. Both belong on the table at the first meeting — so here they are, on the website.

How to read this page
Two amounts. Zero surprises.
Every immigration file is funded twice: our flat legal fee (quoted in writing, held in trust, drawn as work completes) and the government's processing fees (set by regulation, paid to IRCC directly). Firms that blur the two are telling you something. We print both.

How retainers work
Your retainer is held in trust under Law Society of Ontario rules and drawn only as work completes, with itemised statements. Unused funds are returned. We do not bill hourly for routine matters — the flat fee is the fee.
