Permanent residence · Provincial nomination

Six hundred points, one nomination.

A provincial nomination is the single largest score event in Express Entry — and Ontario’s program runs on its own expression-of-interest system, its own draws and its own paperwork discipline. We run OINP files daily from the province it belongs to.

The streams that matter

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program nominates through three broad families. Human-capital streams pull directly from the Express Entry pool — Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities and French-Speaking Skilled Worker streams issue targeted notifications of interest to candidates whose profiles match provincial priorities (tech and health occupations prominent among them). Employer job-offer streams serve workers with a permanent offer from an Ontario employer, including the in-demand-skills and international-student categories. Business streams serve entrepreneurs investing in the province.

Each stream runs on an expression-of-interest registration scored against published criteria — wage band, occupation, region, language — with periodic draws. Registration is not application: the real evidentiary burden begins at invitation, on deadlines measured in days.

How we run an OINP file

  • Stream selection & scoring. We score your facts against every live stream — including ones that require an Express Entry profile and ones that do not — and time registration around draw history.
  • Employer-side diligence. Job-offer streams put obligations on the employer: wage thresholds, business-longevity and revenue tests, mandatory forms. We prepare both sides of the file so neither trips the other.
  • Nomination to landing. After nomination we claim the 600 points, receive the ITA and carry the federal application through to permanent residence — one retainer, one team.
