The honest hour
A C$250 consultation with a lawyer — not an intake worker. You leave with the routes open to you, the ones that are not, realistic timelines and a written flat-fee quote. The fee is credited if you retain us within 30 days.
The file plan
A retainer agreement in plain language, a document checklist calibrated to your visa office, and a named lawyer plus clerk on your matter. Trust funds are held per Law Society rules and billed only as work completes.
The build
Evidence gathered, affidavits drafted, submissions written to answer the questions officers actually ask. Nothing files until it survives our internal review — Rosa has returned drafts to the partners.
The watch
Filing is the midpoint. We track status, answer requests within days, calendar every deadline, and — when decisions arrive — explain them the same week, whatever they say.
