Rosa has filed more applications with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada than anyone else in the firm — by her own tally, north of six thousand across eighteen years of practice. She joined Osei Fortin at its founding in 2012, having trained both partners’ predecessors in the mechanics of the old paper kits.
She runs the firm’s filing operation: portal submissions, document checklists tailored to each visa office, translation and notarisation logistics, and the follow-up cadence that keeps a file moving. Clients meet Rosa on day one; nothing leaves the office without her read.
Rosa is a commissioned affidavit-taker and the reason the firm’s document-return rate is a running joke at the annual retreat — there is a small trophy.
