Contacting us — by form, WhatsApp, email, phone or the callback scheduler — does not make you a client and does not create a solicitor–client relationship. A retainer exists only when confirmed in a signed letter of engagement. Please do not send confidential documents before a retainer is confirmed; we may be unable to accept a matter (for example, because of a conflict of interest).
