“An agreed divorce should feel like careful paperwork, not a battle. That’s the whole point of the joint petition.”
Chloe runs the firm’s steadiest production line: joint petitions. Terms, drafting, filing, hearing, decree — she has taken dozens of agreed divorces from first meeting to decree nisi absolute, most inside four months, and she keeps the firm’s route-planner timelines honest with real matter data.
She also handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreements — including the honest conversation about what weight they actually carry in Malaysia — and adoption and guardianship applications, from Adoption Act petitions to guardianship orders for grandparents raising grandchildren.
Chloe joined as a pupil in 2022 and stayed. She is the youngest lawyer in the firm and, by the office’s unofficial vote, the best explainer of court paperwork in plain English and Mandarin.
