60 days to decide, even if you have used it.
Light therapy takes weeks, so we give you 60 days from delivery to try your device. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund.
How to return
- Email care@halvia.example with your order number.
- We send a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the device reaching us.
What can be returned
- Devices, used or unused, with their accessories.
- Skincare that is at least half full.
- Bundles, returned whole or item by item at the bundle's discounted share.
Klarna and Afterpay orders are refunded through the provider; any remaining instalments are cancelled.
