Warranty
Every Halvia device carries a 2-year warranty.
If your Lumen Mask or Lumen Neck & Chest develops a fault from normal use within 2 years of delivery, we repair or replace it.
What is covered
- LEDs that fail to light.
- Batteries that no longer hold a charge for a full session.
- Buttons, charging ports and electronics.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, water immersion or cleaning with alcohol.
- Normal wear to the strap and pouch.
Making a claim
Email care@halvia.example with your order number and a short video of the fault. Most claims are approved within two business days.
