Health data
Dental records are special-category health data. We hold them to provide your care and to meet our professional and legal obligations, and we retain them for the periods required of dental providers. They are never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it where the law allows, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us first and we will always try to put things right.
