Teeth Whitening
Whitening is the least invasive way to transform a smile — nothing is added or removed, we simply lift the natural colour of your own teeth, safely and under supervision.
Supervised, not off-the-shelf
Legally, teeth whitening in the UK must be carried out or prescribed by a registered dental professional. We assess your gums and any existing dental work first, take custom impressions, and choose a strength that is effective without leaving you sensitive.
Three ways to whiten
Custom take-home trays let you whiten gently over two to three weeks at home. In-practice power whitening lifts the shade in a single session. Our Kickstart combines both — a session in the chair followed by short top-up wear — for the deepest, most stable result.
Kind to enamel
Used correctly, whitening gel does not damage enamel; the tingling some people feel is temporary and settles within a day. Simone supervises every case and adjusts the plan if your teeth are sensitive.

How the process runs
- 01Shade & health check
We record your starting shade and check gums and existing work are ready.
- 02Custom impressions
Precise trays are made so gel sits on the tooth, not the gum.
- 03Whiten
At home over 2–3 weeks, in a single in-practice session, or a combined Kickstart.
- 04Result & maintenance
We record the final shade and give you top-up guidance to keep it.
About teeth whitening
How many shades whiter will I get?
Most people lift several shades; the exact result depends on your starting colour and the cause of the staining. Our Shade Studio tool gives you a realistic estimate before you book.
Does whitening damage enamel?
No — supervised whitening at the correct concentration does not harm enamel. Any sensitivity is temporary. This is why we do not recommend unsupervised high-strength kits.
Will it whiten my crowns or veneers?
No. Whitening only lifts natural tooth colour, so existing porcelain and bonding stay the same shade. We plan the order of treatment around this.
