What to expect
A consultation, not a sales pitch
You will meet Grace, our concierge, and one of our clinicians. We start by asking what you would change and why — because the brief matters more than our opinion of your teeth.
Then we photograph and scan your smile, talk through the realistic options, and send you away with a written, itemised plan. There is never any pressure to decide on the day.
About an hour
Enough time to look properly, answer every question, and design without rushing. Book the 15-minute discovery call first if you would rather dip a toe in.
What it costs
The smile-design consultation is £120, credited to your treatment if you proceed within 90 days. The initial discovery call is complimentary.
A trial smile
For makeover cases we can mock the proposed design up in your mouth, so you see the result before anything is made permanent.
You leave with
Itemised, fixed-price, with a sequence and honest timelines — yours to keep and think over.
Including the simplest route, and when we think you should do less than you came in for.
If you want one — a monthly cost, worked out with Grace, with no obligation.
