An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth with a small titanium fixture, onto which we build a crown that looks and works like your own. Rohan places and restores them under one roof.
One team, start to finish
Many practices place the implant in one clinic and send you elsewhere for the crown. At Lumara, Rohan does both — so the fixture is positioned for the final aesthetic result from the very start, not just for the surgery.
Aesthetics, not just function
A replaced front tooth is a cosmetic case as much as a surgical one. We plan the gum shape and the crown to match its neighbours, and our ceramist makes the crown so it disappears into the smile.
Honest about the timeline
Implants need time to fuse with bone — usually a few months — and we will not rush that. Where it is safe, we can provide a temporary so you are never without a tooth in view.

Does it hurt to have an implant placed?
It is done under local anaesthetic and most people are surprised how comfortable it is — often easier than an extraction. We manage aftercare closely.
How long do implants last?
With good hygiene, implants can last decades. The crown on top may be refreshed sooner. Healthy gums and regular hygiene visits are the key.
