Airflow Hygiene
Beautiful ceramics sit on gums and bone, and both have to be healthy for the smile to last. Our Airflow hygiene appointments are gentle, thorough, and leave teeth visibly cleaner and brighter.
Gentle, not gritty
Airflow uses a fine spray of warm water, air and powder to lift stain and biofilm without the scrape and vibration people dread. Most patients find it the most comfortable clean they have had.
The best value in the studio
A good hygiene routine protects everything else you invest in. It keeps whitening bright, gums pink and firm, and expensive cosmetic work looking new — which is why it sits at the heart of our Care Plan.
A partner, not a lecture
Simone shows you exactly what she can see and coaches the two or three habits that will make the biggest difference for you. No guilt, no jargon.

How the process runs
- 01Assessment
A gum health check and a look at any cosmetic work.
- 02Airflow clean
Gentle removal of stain and biofilm above and below the gum line.
- 03Polish
A smooth finish that helps resist new staining.
- 04Home plan
A simple, personal routine — the two or three things that matter most.
About airflow hygiene
How often should I have hygiene?
For most people every six months; more often if you have gum issues or extensive cosmetic work. Simone will recommend a rhythm that suits you.
Is Airflow better than a normal scale and polish?
It is gentler and often more thorough on stain and biofilm, especially around cosmetic work. Where scaling is also needed we combine the two.
Is it included in the Care Plan?
Yes — the Lumara Care Plan bundles your hygiene and exams and adds a cosmetic discount. It is the easiest way to protect your smile.
