Do you have a valid, up-to-date will?

Have you named executors who are willing and able to act (with a substitute)?

If you have children under 18, have you appointed guardians for them?

Where an heir is young, vulnerable, or a business is involved, is a trust in place?

Is there an up-to-date list of your assets (including overseas and digital) your family could find?

Have you checked that your EPF, insurance and account nominations match your wishes?

If you are Muslim, do you have a wasiat and/or hibah to complement faraid?

Is your will stored safely, with someone who knows where to find it?
