Dato’ Halim bin Redzuan
A founding partner of the firm, Dato’ Halim has appeared in the superior courts of Malaysia for close to four decades, including landmark appeals before the Federal Court on contractual penalty clauses and directors’ duties. He now leads the firm’s advocacy training and appears as lead counsel in select commercial disputes and arbitrations.

Ng Swee Lin
Swee Lin has led the corporate practice since 2008 and became Managing Partner in 2019. She advises boards, founders and private-equity investors on acquisitions, joint ventures and Bursa Malaysia listings, and is the firm’s relationship partner for several regional banking groups.

Anand Pillai
Anand acts for lenders and borrowers on syndicated, project and Islamic financings. He has documented facilities across power, ports and plantation assets, and advises several development financial institutions on restructurings and recoveries.

Dr. Farah Amani binti Osman
Farah is a chartered arbitrator and one of a small number of Malaysian practitioners with a doctorate in construction law. She acts in CIPAA adjudications, domestic and AIAC/SIAC arbitrations, and advises employers and contractors on standard-form and bespoke contracts.

Vincent Teoh Kai Ming
Vincent leads the firm’s property practice from Penang, acting on en-bloc acquisitions, developer sales and everyday residential conveyancing. He built the firm’s fixed-scale transparency policy — every conveyancing client receives a written fee computation under the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order before signing.

Sarala Devi Krishnan
Sarala appears regularly in the Industrial Court and advises multinational employers on retrenchments, misconduct inquiries, union relations and executive exits. She sits on the firm’s knowledge committee and writes its employment law updates.

Adrian Wong Jun Wei
Adrian handles trade mark portfolios, IP enforcement raids with the Ministry of Domestic Trade, and technology transactions — SaaS terms, data processing agreements and PDPA compliance programmes. He advises several venture-backed startups from seed to Series C.

Nurul Huda binti Ismail
Nurul leads the private client practice from Johor Bahru, advising families on wills, trusts, probate and letters of administration, and on the interface between civil and Syariah estate matters — a distinctly Malaysian complexity she has written on extensively.

James Loh Wei Han
James runs the Johor disputes desk, appearing in the Johor Bahru High Court on commercial, land and insolvency matters, and coordinates cross-causeway disputes with Singapore counsel for clients operating on both sides of the Link.
