Real Estate & Conveyancing

From a RM 75 million heritage block to a first apartment, property deserves the same care. We act for developers, investors and families across Malaysia — and we publish how conveyancing fees are computed under the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order, because a regulated scale should never be a mystery.

How we help

  • Residential and commercial sale & purchase — with written scale-fee computation upfront
  • Developer projects: en-bloc sales, master SPAs, strata schemes
  • Loan and refinancing documentation for purchasers
  • Commercial leasing and tenancy portfolios
  • Land matters: conversion, subdivision, charges and caveats
  • Real-estate due diligence for corporate transactions

Selected experience

  • Acted for a Penang developer on the sale of 380 units in a seafront strata project, from master documentation to individual completions.
  • Advised a family office on the RM 75 million acquisition of a George Town heritage commercial block, including conservation-title diligence.
  • Completed conveyancing for over 900 residential transactions in 2025 across our three offices.
  • Acted for a logistics REIT on the sale-and-leaseback of two Johor warehouses.

Matter descriptions are anonymised and shared with client consent where required.
