Fee calculator

The conveyancing calculator applies the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2023 scale and prevailing stamp duty bands to the figure you enter. It is an estimate for orientation; the computation in your engagement letter governs. Exemptions, leasehold consents and non-standard circumstances can change the numbers.
