Caracol has been fully remote since 2016. Work is mostly written and asynchronous, meetings are short, and everyone owns their results.

- Answer sizing, order and warranty questions by email and chat
- Turn repeat questions into better product pages and FAQs
- Run the returns center and track why bags come back
What you'll bring
- Three or more years in ecommerce customer support
- Clear, friendly writing
- You have traveled with a single bag
Product Designer, Soft Goods
Remote · Full time
What you'll do
- Design and pattern new bags and accessories
- Build and test prototypes on real trips
- Work with factories on samples and production fixes
What you'll bring
- A portfolio of sewn products
- Pattern making and tech pack experience
- Comfortable with frequent travel
