Use the self-service returns center with your order number and ZIP code. For an exchange, start a return and choose store credit.
Return policy
Return gear in as-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Try it on at home and do a test pack, but please do not take it on a trip: scuffs, stains and odors make a return ineligible.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method unless you choose store credit. Gift cards are final sale and never expire.
