Lifetime warranty
If it is our fault, we fix it.
Caracol's warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
Defects usually show up within the first few uses. If your gear has one, contact us with photos and your order number. We repair, replace or give store credit depending on the defect and stock.
What's covered
- Defective materials, hardware or construction that affect how the bag works.
What's not covered
- Normal wear: abrasion, fading, small tears and punctures from use.
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect function.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, airlines or shipping carriers. File those claims with the party responsible.
- Lost items, third-party repairs or modifications, and secondhand or final-sale products.
Practical lifetime
All gear wears out eventually. When yours does, we can point you to a repair shop so it lasts longer and stays out of landfill.
