How we treat laser hair removal differently

Skin-tone-safe by design

Diode platforms with contact cooling and settings titrated for Fitzpatrick III–V skin. A doctor sets your parameters at the first session; trained female therapists deliver subsequent sessions under standing protocols.

A real session count, upfront

Six to eight sessions removes 80 – 90% of hair permanently in most areas; hormonal zones (chin, jawline) may need more, and we’ll say so. Beware "unlimited" packages — they price in your fatigue, not your result.

Privacy as standard

Private rooms, female practitioners for female patients, and chaperones available on request. Sensitive-area sessions are never rushed.

Honest edge cases

Laser targets pigment — so white, grey and fine vellus hair respond poorly, and we’ll tell you that before you pay rather than after six sessions.

Laser hair removal — questions we’re actually asked

Does it hurt?

A warm rubber-band snap, strongest on the first two sessions while hair is dense. Contact cooling takes most of the sting out; underarms are a 3/10 for most people. No numbing needed.

Is it really permanent?

The industry term is "permanent hair reduction" — 80 – 90% of treated follicles never return; the survivors grow finer and lighter. Hormonal areas and hormonal conditions (e.g. PCOS) may need periodic maintenance, which we price per session, not per package.

Is it safe for my skin tone?

Yes — with the right platform and settings. Burns on darker skin happen on cheap IPL machines with aggressive settings. Our first session is always doctor-parameterised with a patch test.

Can I do laser hair removal while pregnant?

We defer it during pregnancy as a standard precaution — not because of proven harm, but because that’s what responsible practice looks like. Breastfeeding is fine.
