About Daniel
Daniel runs the firm's traffic and driving practice, where a licence — and a livelihood — is often on the line. He has appeared in Magistrates Courts across South-East Queensland on thousands of drink-driving, drug-driving and dangerous-operation matters.
For most of his clients it is their first and only time in a courtroom, and Daniel treats it that way: no judgment, clear advice, and a focus on the two things that matter to them most — keeping their record clean and keeping them on the road wherever the law allows.
He is a persuasive advocate on sentence, licence-eligibility and restricted work-licence applications, and he is often able to appear on a client's behalf so they do not have to take a day off work to attend court.
