Real Estate Negotiator

All 14 branches · Commission, full time or part time

What you will do

  • Hold your own listings from intake to handover, with a branch manager reviewing every agreement
  • Price from stamped comparables and defend the number to the client
  • Run viewings, negotiate offers and manage the loan submission calendar
  • Keep the file complete: title search, agreement, inventory, correspondence

What we need from you

  • Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, 21 or above
  • Willing to sit the REN registration with BOVAEP, which we sponsor
  • Clear the compulsory 3-day foundation programme before your first file
  • Own transport and a phone you actually answer

Branch Manager

Kepong, Seremban, Kota Kinabalu · Salary plus override

What you will do

  • Own the branch numbers: listing count, conversion, complaint ratio, attrition
  • Review and sign every listing agreement before it goes live
  • Recruit and bench-build, with the regional partner
  • Escalate any complaint to compliance within 48 hours

What we need from you

  • Registered Estate Agent, or REN with five years and a licensing pathway in progress
  • Managed a team of 20 or more
  • Comfortable reading a profit and loss statement for your own branch

Project Marketing Executive

Bangsar South headquarters · Salary plus incentive

What you will do

  • Staff and run developer sales galleries through a launch cycle
  • Track booking to signed sale and purchase agreement conversion weekly
  • Coordinate loan submissions across panel bankers
  • Report to the developer in the format they actually use

What we need from you

  • Two years in project marketing or developer sales
  • Strong spreadsheet discipline
  • Weekend availability during launch periods

Compliance Executive

What you will do

  • Maintain the REN register and renewal calendar for 6,480 negotiators
  • Audit branch files against the ISO 9001 quality procedures
  • Draft responses to client complaints and BOVAEP correspondence
  • Run the annual anti-money-laundering refresher

What we need from you

  • Degree in law, real estate or a related discipline
  • Two years in a regulated environment
  • Written English and Bahasa Malaysia to a professional standard
