Grace joined Keelworth in 2021 from a people-operations career in two scale-ups, where she watched brilliant founders build teams that waited for them. She manages the Scale Programme end to end — cohort selection, workshop logistics, implementation calls — and coaches members on the habits that make the Rhythm stick after week twelve, when the deadline is gone and the old Tuesday tries to reassert itself.
