Programmes
Three ways in. One method underneath.
Every programme installs the same Keelworth Rhythm — the difference is the vehicle: a coach across the table, a board of peers, or a twelve-week cohort with a deadline. Fees are on the page, because you were going to ask anyway.

For owners of £750k–£10m businesses
One-to-One Coaching
The full Keelworth Rhythm, applied to your business with one coach who has run one.
- Fortnightly 90-minute sessions with your coach — at Flax Works, at your premises, or by video
- The Owner Dependency Index diagnostic in month one, re-scored every six months
- Your Quarterly Charter and Weekly Helm agenda, installed with your leadership team

A board of owners for businesses that don’t have one
The Peer Board
Eight non-competing owners, one chaired day a month: your numbers on the table, your decisions stress-tested by people with skin in the same game.
- A seat on a facilitated board of eight non-competing owner-managers
- One full board day per month, chaired by Tom Ellery — issues clinic, numbers review, one deep-dive per member per quarter
- A 60-minute one-to-one with your board chair every quarter

12-week cohort for £1m–£5m firms
The Scale Programme
The Keelworth Rhythm compressed into twelve weeks, built shoulder-to-shoulder with a cohort of twelve owners.
- Six full-day fortnightly workshops at Flax Works, maximum twelve owners per cohort
- The Owner Dependency Index taken in week one and re-scored in week twelve
- Your Quarterly Charter, Weekly Helm and Growth Ledger built during the programme
Not sure which fits? That is normal — it is also exactly what the free discovery call is for. Around a third of the owners we speak to are told, honestly, that coaching is not their best next spend. We would rather be useful than busy.
08 · What owners say
I took my first two-week holiday in eleven years and the business grew while I was away. I cried a bit in the airport, honestly.”
“The Peer Board is the best money I spend every month. Eight people who get it, one of whom will always tell me I’m wrong before it costs me anything.”
“Daniel never once told me what to do. He asked me questions until the answer was embarrassingly obvious, then held me to it. Worth every penny.”
“I thought coaching was for people who like talking about feelings. Turns out it’s for people who like their Sundays back.”
