Sarah took over a 30-person Leeds agency at 34, inherited a founder-shaped hole, and spent her first two years discovering every mistake this website describes from the inside. Under her the agency doubled, merged, and — in the year she talks about most — nearly went under when two anchor clients left in one quarter. What saved it was structure: narrowed priorities, weekly numbers, and a leadership team allowed to lead. She joined Keelworth in 2017 and coaches founders of agencies, consultancies and professional service firms, where the product walks out of the door every evening.
