Tom qualified with a Big Four firm, escaped at the first opportunity, and spent twenty years as FD of distribution and logistics businesses — the last nine at an AIM-listed group where he presented to a board every month and to the market twice a year. He has raised debt, refinanced through a downturn, and integrated four acquisitions, two of which he describes as "genuinely good ideas". At Keelworth he chairs the Peer Boards and coaches owners on the numbers side of the Rhythm: Growth Ledgers, pricing, funding and exit-readiness. Fellow of the ICAEW, ICF ACC. He owns one spreadsheet he will not show anyone.
