Andrew Tan Chee Keong

Andrew is often the first person a family speaks to. He drafts straightforward and mirror wills, takes new clients through the estate-planning questionnaire, and does much of the hands-on work of an administration — extracting grants of probate and letters of administration, preparing Small Estate Distribution applications at the Land Office, and keeping families updated at each step of what can be a long process. He believes most of the fear around estates comes from not knowing what happens next, and he makes it his job to explain it.

Andrew supports Josephine on estate administration and handles the firm’s Land Office applications.
