Andrew opened the Montpellier Parade office in 2004 after a decade valuing for a national chain in Leeds. He has sold more than two thousand Harrogate homes and still carries out most of the firm’s valuations himself — he would rather give you a defensible figure than a flattering one.

Louise joined as lettings partner in 2007 and built the managed portfolio from eleven properties to 268. She runs the team’s quarterly compliance updates and has spent much of the last year moving landlords calmly onto the Renters’ Rights Act footing.

Sophie joined in 2013 and runs sales day to day — launches, viewings and negotiations. She grew up in Hampsthwaite and knows the Nidderdale villages house by house.

Daniel handles offers and negotiation on the busiest end of the register. Buyers tend to mention his straight answers — he would rather tell you about the quirk in the survey than have you find it later.

Meera manages the tenanted portfolio — inspections, maintenance and deposits — and is the calm voice tenants ring when the boiler goes on a Friday evening.

Tom joined from hospitality in 2022 and books most of our first viewings. If you ring the office on a Saturday, it is probably Tom who answers.
