The visit
Andrew, Sophie or Louise walks every room, the garden and the loft hatch, and talks through the evidence — what has actually completed near you, at what price, and how long it took.
The written appraisal
A short written appraisal follows the same week: the figure, the evidence behind it, our fee in pounds, and — if the honest advice is “do these two jobs first” or “wait until spring” — that, in writing too.
